    Cyano B12!

    In this day and age the fact that theyre using cyanocobalamin for B12 is so cheap. A good portion of the population cant even process it. Get with the program Olly.

    Yummy but hair loss

    These may have had a bit of an effect on my waistline and bloating. However, 4-6 weeks after starting them, my hair started falling out. It was just like the 4 month postpartum hair loss. I am now using psyllium husk for bloating and just bought the Olly hair vitamins to try to recover a bit.

    These gummies taste great and they work

    I used to drink the bragg ACV to help with my cholesterol (LDL) but decided to try these metabolism gummy rings with ACV. I started taking these metabolism gummy rings with ACV a year ago/2024. In 2023 my LDL was 117, 2024 LDL was 115, this year July 2025 it is 100. Not only have these gummies help lower my LDL cholesterol level, it has also helped me lower my body fat. This is not a magic pill, so you will definitely have to change your diet/eat cleaner, workout, and take these gummies once a day to see results. I also take Olly's probiotic+prebiotic with these metabolism gummy rings in the morning before I eat breakfast. I'm a 45 year female, if that helps

    I’m not a supplement girlie, let alone a weight loss supplement one, and to be clear you will not lose fat without a calorie deficit. But, I do feel like this helps a good bit with bloating and excess water weight. Nothing harmful about b12 or ACV so I’m perfectly pleased.

    Tastes Good - But be Careful!

    I can't say whether or not this will actually make a huge difference in terms of appetite and such long term. It tastes really good, its kinda like apple juice or cider. However, a huge disclaimer: ladies be careful!! This will drop your iron, and it caused me to have really bad period cramps (which I'm prone to having if my nutrition is out of whack) so if you're taking this please watch your iron levels especially if you're already anemic. Giving four stars because it may work well for others, but my personal experience is that I can't take it often enough to see the results.
