Disappointed

The shock that rises the chair no longer works after a couple months. The recline function no longer lock upright. Cushion padding a subpar and armrests did not bolt up correctly when assembled. Warranty is useless and Target does not allow any method to submit a request.

Very disappointed

My order arrived incomplete, it was lacking the necessary screws for assembly. Despite promptly contacting customer service two months ago, I have yet to receive the replacement screws, which were promised to arrive within 7-15 business days. This extended delay and lack of resolution are indicative of unprofessional conduct on the part of the seller and the company as a whole. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this seller, however, if someone does decide to purchase, I hope their experience is better than mine.

My husband loves it

This was his early Christmas gift and he loves it especially because he works remotely and is seating 90% of the time. This chair helps ease the pain on his back while he is working that¡¯s definitely a plus. He says it¡¯s very comfortable and steady, he also enjoys the fact that he can put his feet up. Great chair indeed.

Better Instructions

Funny thing looking at the picture, I only see one lever. Instructions were hard to find. I originally thought omitted. Pictures in instruction book poor (The seat did not look like a seat). Very poor instructions regarding the 2 levers. I called support and I complained that the back of the chair would not stay in place, I almost got a free chair. I was offered full refund and I did not have to return the chair. I guess I should of accepted the offer. I finally figured out the problem. The chair is OK

Hello, sorry to say, but my new chair has been a big disappointment. My wife ordered the chair to replace my twenty-year-old chair and to her dismay, she found the cracking noises that occur when I sit or move in the chair to be a bit too much, she thinks the chair will fall apart at some point if you have any suggestions to cure the problem please send via e-mail.

Extremely Comfortable! It's Just What I Needed!

Shipment arrived early and was truly very easy to assemble. My granddaguhter said it looks like the chair of a boss. So funny. Great chair for sitting in for long stretches, which is what I needed with my knees and sometimes backaches.
