I bought this for my 4 year old boys. Great activity cards to use at home. The cards are good quality stock, with beautiful illustrations and include creative activities.

Mindfulness for All!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are so freaking cool! If the kids in your classroom are full of chaotic energy take a break with this deck of cards. Each card details and provides a guide to different activities that promote the practice of mindfulness. The illustrations are cute and inclusive. Try them for yourself too!
