Attractive and size appropriate for a small home or apartment

This is the perfect addition to my elderly parent's new apartment - It heats up to 323 square feet and it's perfect in their living room where they spend most of their time. The apartment isn't insulated as well as their home was, so this has really come in handy for them and it's attractive and makes the room look cozy without being too large or bulky.
