  • A: We've had ours for a few years and yes it does. Ours has lost the paint in several areas. But apparently there's an uncoated version of this brand's french press.

I’ve been a loyal Target customer for years, which makes this especially disappointing. Over the past six months, I’ve experienced consistently poor customer service. My most recent issue involved an order being shipped to the wrong address due to what appears to be a system error. When I contacted customer service, the experience was extremely frustrating. Representatives were not helpful, and I was actually hung up on during one of my calls. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, I was told I needed to fix the problem myself by returning the item. This is not the level of service I expect from a company like Target. After multiple negative experiences, I’m seriously reconsidering shopping here.

Ive had better

Ok so it keeps my coffee warm and it’s not glass so I’m not going to break this one one. But the screens are constantly coming unscrewed and dropping into it so I can’t plunge down and the sound of metal on metal is grating.
