Description

I use it more than I expected I would

Night this for one recipe and now use it quite frequently! It has two textures on the head, a flat one and a tenderizer one. The tenderizer side isn’t sharp so it doesn’t pierce the Ziploc bag that I put the meat in before beating it. The meat cooks so evenly when you use this! I often regret when I forget to and I’m waiting on that ONE thicker piece of meat to finish cooking so I can serve dinner.

Not Dishwaser Safe

I bought this to replace an old tenderizer that we put in the dishwasher. I put it into the dishwasher one time and it oxidized just like my old one. I read the description before my purchase to make sure that it could go into the dishwasher. I am very disappointed. everything else we've bought from Oxo has been great.
