Reccomend!
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is it kind of slams when it closes. Overall this is easy to put together. The bottom is vented and perfect for outside. I love the color and the quality is sturdy for being a thin build. I’d reccomend. This products hinges could be improved to lower slower and include pads when closing.

I ordered this for storing pillows and blankets outside, put it together myself in less than an hour, and liked it so much I decided to use it indoors instead. For the price, it is a no-brainer for any kind of storage. The top has decent quality hinges that provide resistance when closing, so I wouldn't be afraid to use this as a toy box either (less likely to smash little fingers in the lid). I genuinely appreciate the quality and would recommend it. Guess I'll order another!

Box and bench in one
Very sturdy and nice quality. I’m not using it as a bench but could imagine the box serving both as a storage unit and for seating if you have limited space on a balcony for example (probably for average weight people😊). Very happy!

Item arrived on time. The item is a well engineered kit with closely / accurately fitting parts. Easy to assemble in approx. 1/2 hour. Looks very nice and professional when properly assembled. Rugged and will support a very fair amount of weight. **Well worth the money.

Garbage quality but whatever
Pretty cheap materials and not very sturdy or weather resistant. It took 20 minutes to construct (very easy) but I can tell it’s only going to last a couple years in Minnesota winters. I wouldn’t recommend this for outdoor use. Spend a little more and get something of quality because this is close to garbage.

Great Quality
This is a solid piece. But do need two people to help the assembling. Love the natural color which matches my recent purchased patio furniture. Love that it's got venting all around, makes a perfect outdoor storage and sitting space. It's still worth the money. Not sure if this is waterproof. But I would definitely want to add an additional coating just to help increase the durability.

Beautiful and efficient
This is a very attractive and spacious storage bench for outdoors. The wood finish is beautiful and it is nice and thick. The assembly took about 30 minutes and was not terribly hard. I\'m hoping it is really waterproof, which would make it perfect!

This box seems sturdy and is beautiful and is a great size. Husband had to re position a couple of screw holes but was no big deal for him and otherwise, it went together great! One piece of the bottom came off, maybe during transport but it had been glued so, possible previously damaged but maybe not. Should be easy to fix though. Only giving it 4 stars because I will need to put a heavier coat of sealant on it and I don\'t yet know how it will hold up.

Much better than buying a plastic one in my opinion. Easy to assemble and acacia wood is a beautiful wood. I gave it a boiled linseed oil coat before leaving it outside for added weather protection.

Wood is beautiful and has withstood high humidity
The quality and appearance of this storage container is better than what I expected! And I live in the southeast where the humidity is brutal and almost everything gets mold on it, but not this wood. Great buy!

It\'s not for the outdoors
This storage container is nice looking but it is not for the outdoors. It is not waterproof and the mice, rats and other creatures can get into the slats on the bottom. It might be nice indoors.

Perfect porch pillow box
Arrived in good time and was not too heavy to move inside by myself. Assembly is simple and from previous reviews I knew to not over tighten the screws. It was assembled in 45 minutes. I did most myself and had help with holding the lid while I screwed the hinges on. I put up photos of how it looks assembled and how it looks after a coat of tung oil is applied. I think the tung oil wakes the natural colors of the wood just enough and provides a layer of protection against sun and any rain that reaches it on the porch. This is not a tool box or a work bench or a place to sit while putting on shoes. It's just a decorative box that can withstand outdoors elements. I expect it will last many years if not abused. I plan to put another coat of tung oil on it and then put it outside.
