Here at Philz, we roast our own coffees at our roasting plant in Oakland, California. We specialize in customized blends that range from two to as many as seven different beans from around the world, all delicately crafted over the last 25 years.
Like a ballet on your palate, Dancing Water is as smooth and delicate as the water that sustains life. Graceful notes of chocolate are paired with flavors of molasses and nuts. More captivating than a water show in Vegas!

Philz is unmatched – nothing else compares

I lived in the Bay Area for 10 years, and leaving behind Philz was honestly the saddest part. This coffee is a perfect example of why. The flavor profiles in Philz coffee are so unique – you can actually taste the biscuit and brown sugar notes in every sip. It’s not just coffee; it’s an experience. And if you want to recreate the magic at home, make sure to use heavy cream and brown sugar to sweeten it, just like they do at Philz. Trust me, it makes all the difference. Philz Light Roast?!!!!!!!

I have been very impressed with my past Philz purchases from Target. I am normally a medium to dark roast fan and took a chance on this light roast. I have to say, it was delicious!!! For me, some light roasts can be sour and overly citrusy. This one certainly didn't fall into that category. I loved the balance. I will buy again!
