This grinds my gears not my coffee
The grind itself is fine...if you get that far. As many others have mentioned, this things clogs like crazy. Nothing like getting excited about your cup of espresso early in the morning only to have to spend 10 minutes trying to dig out packed-in grounds and hoping the next run will give you enough to get a shot or two. If you're unfortunate enough to have ended up with this grinder, you can clip away a small bar of plastic that spans the output chute and that helps a little. But you're better off finding a grinder that's not trying to hoard your espresso grind.

This thing barely made it through half a bag of coffee before it gave up on its only job. If you're grinding on the most coarse setting, you'll probably be ok for a little while, but if you try to grind anything "medium" or finer, it will bog down after a few seconds and force you to clear the blockage. You'd be better off just pouring the coffee beans into a plastic bag and smashing them with a shoe.

Worst purchase ever
Worst purchase ever. Like my Bodum French Press and thought Bodum's coffee grinder would be a good choice. Didn't use for several months, then I used it twice on medium grind and it clogged. Unclogged it, and it worked for a few seconds. Checked for more clogging, tried again, and it wouldn't even turn on! Now, unless Target will refund my money, I am a highly dissatisfied customer who's lost some $52!

We suggest lightly knocking on the side of the machine after it has completed grinding, while ensuring the grinds catcher is held firmly in place. Make sure to clean out the area below the grinding chute so that the grinds catcher can be inserted snuggly, to prevent additional mess. The grinds catcher itself is meant to be economical in size and shape, and is designed more for pouring grounds than for scooping. Do not buy
It worked one time successfully. Second attempt it jammed after 10 seconds. Multiple attempts at unclogging and restarting and it was incapable of grinding coffee beans, the one job it had. Do not waste your time or money.

Absolute JUNK. The design is awful. 2nd time using it, it completely clogged inside. Spent an hour trying to clear it out. The catch can does not secure into the base and vibrates out while in use. Needless to say its getting returned and we should have researched before purchasing. Very disappointed DO NOT recommend it.

I normally research products before buying them when it comes to appliances, etc. This time, I did not do that. Please do not make the same mistake I did. This grinder is a failure on arrival. It got jammed or something the very first use - brand new, and it wasn't up to the task it was designed for. The pathway inside of the unit where the grounds are meant to travel is designed poorly, the collection container isn't secure...and the cord sits funny on the bottom, making it a bit awkward in how it sits on your counter. I do see the responses from Target saying that it's highly suggested to clean the unit daily, run for a small amount of time, allow it to cool down between cycles...I do believe that failing to operate even on the first try for more than 10 or 15 seconds is a pretty good indicator of design flaws as opposed to 1D10T errors. We would return it, but as my husband was trying to get the cord to lay correctly so the grinder would sit properly on our counter, the hopper fell off and broke on the floor.
