This grinder worked once for me. After that, everytime I tried using it, it either bogged down and turned off or stopped up because the channel pouring into the collecting chamber clogged up. And all I did was pour in some coffee beans. Not even filled up the hopper!!! Just half! This grinder sucks.

I got about 30 good seconds of grinding before it died. I took it apart, cleaned it, and it started again for about 10 seconds. This appliance really needs a tremendous amount of work.i was really excited about it initially.

The grinder broke after the first use. Got it home, ground some coffee, enjoyed a nice cup. Next morning I tried to use it again and it flat out wouldn't turn on. At this price point, you're probably better served by a hand grinder instead.

I was excited to get this grinder because I love their other products. It’s been a week and I’ve had issues every time I try to use it. It’s always jammed up on me a few times. Returning it. Definitely not worth the money.

Do not purchase this grinder - stopped working after one day.

Repalced my older Bodum grinder after 7 years, and assumed this one would last as long - it lasted 1 day. It jammed up immediately. I took it apart and cleaned it up, but it never worked again. Do not waste your money or time. Unlike other grinders, this one does not have a timer so you are requied to start and stop, which can be annoying and inefficient. The grounds cannister is small and requires frequent removal.

This grinder holds a lot of whole beans and gets the job done. I like that you can adjust the grind size easily and that there are many options for different types of coffee-brewing. I love the way it looks and I don't mind leaving it out on my countertop. It's very intuitive and easy to use right out of the box. I like drinking coffee from just ground beans and this makes the process easy and delicious.

This machine jammed on first use on a medium grind and alot of coffee was stuck inside and hard to remove and was very powdery like. The bottom container that holds the coffee grinds is not secured in place. Horrible design I can't believe they made this model. I returned this and bought a different one from another manufacturer for the same price and wow what a difference!

I never submit reviews of products, until today. This grinder has a ridiculous design flaw. Though it grinds well - my first experience with a burr grinder - large quantities of the grinds end up on your counter, because they fall through holes in the base of the grinder! I know it sounds like the rantings of a curmudgeon, but I speak the truth. Please don't buy this if you don't want to waste your coffee beans and spend time sweeping your counter!

Wow, where do I start?! I have been using a cheap little electric coffee grinder that only has capacity to grind a few beans. This is definitely an upgrade and I'm glad I added this to cart. I'm very happy with how this grinder has performed. The burr grinder produces much more even grounds than the electric blade grinders I've used in the past. Easy to use and the grind settings are easy to understand. I usually like to measure a single dose of beans each morning and grind it for the day's brew, but I appreciate how large the hopper is--it can hold the entire 8oz bag of beans that I typically buy. All in all a great grinder.

I really like this grinder, especially for the price! It looks great, has multiple settings for different grinds and is easy to use. I've had no problems with its performance at all. The one criticism is that it took a second to find the on/off switch but other than that I couldn't be happier!

Does not work well. Jams up, over heats. Does not grind for more than a few seconds at a time. If you remove the hopper from the top it spills beans everywhere. Going to exchange for a better product. 0/10.
