Great little powder puff for under eyes and cheeks
I love this little thing! It creates clean lines when applying powder, is fairly easy to clean, and holds up well after multiple washes. Could make even shaper lines for carving out cheeks below contour but that’s only a minor thing.

However, it does feel a bit course to the touch and that translates to the finish of the product application. It’s a bit rounded at the sharpest end, so while it’s not impossible to be precise with the puff, it’s also a little finnicky too. It does work well for larger spaces, though.

Great powder puff
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Elf Cosmetics Halo Glow Powder Puff from Influenster in exchange for my honest review of the product. I’ve never used one of these prior, but have really liked. You press the puff into the baked powder and it rubs the powder on evenly. It’s soft on my face and grabs ahold of the powder well and brushes on softly. I really love the soft texture, light weight and the convenience of the ribbon that holds it well on my finger. I would highly recommend this powder puff to anyone that uses baked powder.
