Costaway Heavy Duty Shopping Cart

Really nice basket fits a lot and smaller extra space basket is good for holding small things. The front wheels aren't very sturdy and don't last long and when folded don't hold up the basket in place for storage unless slightly opened and make nosie when going over certain surfaces and the cracks in sidewalks. I really like my basket and hope I can find replacement wheels that don't make as much nosie.

It's a really nice cart. The problem i have is that they sent two front wheels that are the same instead of a right and left one. This matters when you collapse the cart because of a bolt I can't change that hits the back wheel and stops the cart from completely collapsing. Nothing was noted in the instructions about a right or left front wheel and you don't notice it until you fold the cart. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Not heavy duty

The main reason I purchased this cart is because of being listed as heavy duty. It was for my son living in NYC who wanted to take it to the laundromat. The 1st time he used the front wheel cracked and came off. It was as just eyesore in his apartment until I get it returned. Don’t believe the description.

Aviod !!

this card says it's a poor 330 Hungs how can I support 330 pounds if the support on the wheel is plastic a broke in less than a month of having the wheels cracked I need to know how I can get a replacement part for the elbow. This is freaking ridiculous.

They sent me a clearly used and worn cart

The cart is very heavy but works and turns fine. Only 2 stars though because I ordered a new* cart and they sent me one that was clearly very used*. Will post photos of the cart I received, straight out of the box. I still put it together because I needed a cart right away, and it is a hassle to return and get another one. However it is not acceptable to order and pay for a new product and receive one that is clearly used, worn, and scratched :(
