Horrible machine. I take amazing care of it, wash it every use and its containers. Overtime, the containers loose their shape and are unable to connect to the lid. And the ninja creami brakes down consistently. It should not be the price it is for the cheap piece of junk it is.

Love this
I am using this to make healthy ice cream. Mangos, blueberries, blackberries. Mix with A2 cream or almond milk. It's wonderful. You can sweeten with date powder if you need it sweet. The mangoes make it sweet enough for me .

LOVE THIS! I got the Costco Ninja CREAMi Deluxe 11-in-1 Ice Cream and Frozen Treat Maker that included 3 pint cups & lids, and I cannot love it more. So powerful & easy to use. I have made my 1st batch of dairy free cashew milk ice cream & have perfected the recipe I used… we are thrilled! Looking forward to making so very many more healthier frozen treats! Some comment that its loud, but I do not find it loud at all — not compared to my Ninja IQ counter blender unit. Perfectly acceptable & I feel is just ‘nitpickish.’ I have a Cuisinart ice cream maker Ive used once, if anyone wants it! 🤭😉😋

the product is amazing but unfortunately i’ve had some bad luck as i’ve had 2 faulty products and am now on my third ninja creamie. both faulty products started having issue less than a month into owning them. the first one the gears grinded away and the second one the blade wouldn’t latch onto the machine and would just drop. other than this the product is amazing when it’s working

Love it!
I received this for my birthday and I love it. I have only had it for two weeks and I have made chocolate ice cream and slushies .the ice cream is great and tastes amazing and doesn’t bother my stomach like store brands do. The slushies taste almost better than the store. My kids love them. I had to buy several different syrups to make them happy. I suggest buying more tubes so you can freeze them and have them ready for when you want them. I have 6 and I am considering buying more.

Replacement nonexistent
Extremely disappointed with the product quality and the support team. My outer lid broke without 2 weeks and the team made me cut the cord to the machine before sending out a replacement. Fast forward two weeks and I’ve still yet to get my replacement and I have no machine to utilize in the meantime. It’s been very inconvenient because besides the creamis durability and the support team it’s a great product. I’m just not sure it’s worth the hassle.

Purchased this machine after stalking it for months and watching tik tok videos. I have it purchased it a few days ago. I love it. I’ve only made Italian Ice using raspberry lemonade. It was so so good. I can’t wait to try the other modes. It is pretty loud but I don’t care lol 😂

I just purchased this item the ninja creami! Love the color love the style however I guess user error. I didn’t read the description and I thought it made ice cream as you wanted it. I didn’t think you would have to create these recipes and wait 8 to 12 or even 24 hours before you could even make the ice cream. So it’s a little bummed about that and probably wouldn’t spend this kind of money on a machine that all it does is blend frozen liquids.

Great to a certain extent.
I bought this with the goal that making smoothies would be easier for my mother. But now finding out you have to freeze everything and preblend bigger things has just annoyed me. I thought it was for putting items together and blending but its just better for me to use my ninja Blender. Highly disappointed hopefully they'll make something that will do what the creami does but immediately.

Great purchase
We purchased this after Christmas as a family “treat”. It is easy to use and makes the best, freshest ice cream. You do have to plan ahead since the ingredients must be mixed and frozen before blending; however, the result is well worth the time and effort. We love the Ninja Creami!

Easy to operate
I’m loving my new Ninja creami. We have started with the basics and will experiment with add ins. My only disappointment is that the QR code for free extra containers does not work. I only get routed to the website with no other option.
