I've only used it once but the vanilla recipe from the book was amazing with added real vanilla beans. I have 2 other kinds prepped to try too. Very happy with the warranty as well.

If you ever wanted to male your own Ice Cream, I might have just found your new favorite kitchen item. This easy to use multi functional machine does it all, ice cream, shaved ice, smoothies, milkshakes and gelatos. You have the freedom to make it however you desire even High Protein Ice cream. Pros Easy to Clean Customize great texture Cons It does require to pre freeze for 24 hours ( but I found it not to be that big of a deal as i have five containers) If you love frozen treats do not miss out on this machine

Great but noisy
This is a great machine for any chilled dessert through to cocktails. Easy to make milkshakes, sorbets, slushies although you might want to plug your ears while it works away. Very easy to disassemble to clean. Cleans well.

Noisy when operating
A larger machine than I was expecting. I had taken a long time to make the decision to purchase one, I am a great fan of ninja products and have quite a few items, this is the first one I haven’t marked 5 stars. It does make lovely ice cream, but it is very noisy when it is operating in sorbet mode, slightly quieter in ice cream mode, luckily the process is not too long or I think my neighbours would have something to say. I have not tried the other modes yet. I think I should have done more research before purchasing, as I believe there are better options available on the market.

The machine doesn't make ice cream, you do, so make your own ice cream, freeze it for 24 hours, then use the cream to mix it, basically it's just a very strong mixer, so yes a tad disappointed.

Poor Quality Makes It Frustrating to use
I wanted to like the Ninja CREAMi 11-in-1, but mine has multiple quality-control issues. The two included XL tubs do not fit consistently into the outer bowl. One tub fits correctly, while the other has to be forced into place before the lid will close. This happens even when the tubs are completely empty and at room temperature, so it is clearly an issue with the fit of the components rather than the contents. The problem becomes worse after freezing. As the mixture freezes, the bottom of the tub deforms slightly, preventing it from connecting properly to the outer bowl. Using the machine then becomes an unnecessary struggle every time. For a product at this price, the tubs and outer bowl should fit together smoothly and consistently. The basic design may be useful, but the poor manufacturing quality and inconsistent fit make the machine frustrating to use. I expected much better quality from Ninja.

I love my Ninja CREAMi and use it all the time. However, this is the fifth machine I’ve had to replace in just three years, so I definitely think the quality and durability could be improved. On a positive note, Ninja has always stood behind its product and replaced the machines when needed, which I truly appreciate.

Quality machine with great features
I am so enjoying this machine. It is simple to use and maintain. Getting creative with using healthy, clean ingredients. I have no qualms with it, thanks Ninja. I really like the texture of the lite ice cream setting. Very creamy and soft. I purchased extra pint containers so I can have some freezing while using others. I still have a lot of settings to experiment with, so far so good.

This product when working properly is fantastic. The texture of the light ice cream is just amazing and I look forward to having one pretty much everyday. However, in the past two years I've had to buy do seperate machines because the both started to shed metal shards from the blade into the icecream. The first time this happened, I had had the product for a year so warrenty didn't work and the second time I had to argue with them for 2 months for a replacement even though the machine was only 4 months old. For the first machine, prior to the metal starting to shed, a black residue would come off of the blade even though I would clean it off like it said to do in the user manuel.

Endless frozen treats for summer
This has been such a fun addition to my kitchen, especially during the summer. You might think you don’t need this you’re wrong. You might think there’s no room for this in your kitchen make room. I’m a cynic. Something gets this much hype. I’m naturally suspicious but any machine you can just tip a couple of cans of pineapple chunks in and 24 hours later you have pineapple sorbet is a must buy and this is just the tip of the iceberg. great product until it breaks
I loved the Ninja Creami. I had been gifted one, and it worked for about a month before the blade burnt up. This is with following directions exact, thawing for 20-30 minutes, and using the light ice cream setting. They were kind enough to replace it, and unfortunately it broke again. This time, there was an issue with the with the motor and it stopped working. Months later, I bought another because I loved the product so much and it felt worth another try. I originally had the XL quart versions so I switched to the standard pint. Again, being super careful, this creami #3 broke. The motor went out again and the blade dropped. I wanted to trust this product and I still love it, but even being extremely careful and meticulous this appliance does not last.
