Works well!
Tried frozen yogurt, sorbet, margaritas et ice cream. Works well on the first spin, but need to add liquid if you freeze it again before respinning.

You won’t be disappointed
When I first got the Creami I was a bit skeptical as I literally thought the machine was going to take off with how loud it is. But having used A LOT the noise is worth it lol. Does take about 10 minutes to mix the ice cream from the initial first spin then possibly another spin then your mix in spins. Once you figure out the settings you can end up with the most creamiest texture and you can make any flavour you want when you want. I did have to buy more tubs so I have different flavours when I wanted. It just stays on the worktop and I use it for my chill time in bed, not to big but big enough that it had its own space in the kitchen.

Turns Basic Ingredients Into Something Great
I’ve been using my new Ninja Creami XL for a while now and it’s honestly been even better than I hoped. I figured I’d use it here and there, but it’s turned into something I reach for a lot because it makes frozen desserts at home really easy. What I like is how much you can mess with it and still get good results. I’ve been doing coffee based mixes, fruit blends, and some lighter sherbet style stuff. It’s pretty forgiving too. If it’s still too firm, a quick respin brings it right back to that smooth texture again, so it doesn’t feel like I’m stuck with whatever came out of the freezer. I end up with something that actually tastes great, using simple ingredients that I pick myself instead of relying on store bought options.

Ninja support is excellent
We have the ninja creamy deluxe. We love it. We use it all the time. That's not what this review is about. It developed a well known problem which is the blade was falling off. Apparently this happens because of demagnetization. Now we did not register the warranty on this because we never register the warranty on anything! We called ninja. They completely sent a fresh machine even though we couldn't prove warranty. I thought that was super stand-up and I very much appreciated it! The idea that ninja stands behind it's products very much impressed me.

Horrible machine. I take amazing care of it, wash it every use and its containers. Overtime, the containers loose their shape and are unable to connect to the lid. And the ninja creami brakes down consistently. It should not be the price it is for the cheap piece of junk it is.

I am using this to make healthy ice cream. Mangos, blueberries, blackberries. Mix with A2 cream or almond milk. It's wonderful. You can sweeten with date powder if you need it sweet. The mangoes make it sweet enough for me .

LOVE THIS! I got the Costco Ninja CREAMi Deluxe 11-in-1 Ice Cream and Frozen Treat Maker that included 3 pint cups & lids, and I cannot love it more. So powerful & easy to use. I have made my 1st batch of dairy free cashew milk ice cream & have perfected the recipe I used… we are thrilled! Looking forward to making so very many more healthier frozen treats! Some comment that its loud, but I do not find it loud at all — not compared to my Ninja IQ counter blender unit. Perfectly acceptable & I feel is just ‘nitpickish.’ I have a Cuisinart ice cream maker Ive used once, if anyone wants it! 🤭😉😋

the product is amazing but unfortunately i’ve had some bad luck as i’ve had 2 faulty products and am now on my third ninja creamie. both faulty products started having issue less than a month into owning them. the first one the gears grinded away and the second one the blade wouldn’t latch onto the machine and would just drop. other than this the product is amazing when it’s working

I received this for my birthday and I love it. I have only had it for two weeks and I have made chocolate ice cream and slushies .the ice cream is great and tastes amazing and doesn’t bother my stomach like store brands do. The slushies taste almost better than the store. My kids love them. I had to buy several different syrups to make them happy. I suggest buying more tubes so you can freeze them and have them ready for when you want them. I have 6 and I am considering buying more.

Replacement nonexistent
Extremely disappointed with the product quality and the support team. My outer lid broke without 2 weeks and the team made me cut the cord to the machine before sending out a replacement. Fast forward two weeks and I’ve still yet to get my replacement and I have no machine to utilize in the meantime. It’s been very inconvenient because besides the creamis durability and the support team it’s a great product. I’m just not sure it’s worth the hassle.

Great features!
Purchased this machine after stalking it for months and watching tik tok videos. I have it purchased it a few days ago. I love it. I’ve only made Italian Ice using raspberry lemonade. It was so so good. I can’t wait to try the other modes. It is pretty loud but I don’t care lol 😂

I just purchased this item the ninja creami! Love the color love the style however I guess user error. I didn’t read the description and I thought it made ice cream as you wanted it. I didn’t think you would have to create these recipes and wait 8 to 12 or even 24 hours before you could even make the ice cream. So it’s a little bummed about that and probably wouldn’t spend this kind of money on a machine that all it does is blend frozen liquids.
