[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a great experience with the Ninja Chill ice cream maker so far. It’s actually easy to use, blends beautifully and produce delicious desserts and drinks. I’ve made ice cream and frozen protein-based treats that have been awesome. Machine feels solid and cleanup is straightforward. It’s a convenient product (though a little big to keep on the countertop long-term) to use at home for healthier frozen treats.

Stainless steel containers would be awesome... .....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: while still noisy, this is quieter than other brands on the market. It also has a much smaller footprint and weight than other brands. Similar amount of spin time as other brands. Comes in cute colors. Mechanisms come apart easily and are incredibly easy to clean. Very easy to use. Never have to respond ice cream, ready on first spin! Cons: if you absolutely need mix ins already in the ice cream pint, this won’t work for you. We have throughly enjoyed this ice cream machine! We had a different brand ice cream maker in the past (which broke) and prefer this one for its smaller size and slightly quieter spin volume. We use the same recipes (maybe with slightly smaller measurements) as the other brand we had. We don’t mind the smaller pint size as it takes less freezer space. It’s also a bit lighter in weight than the other brand and thus easier to put away and take out. Love the cute mint color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the new Nutribullet Chill and was impressed with the consistency of the “gelato” setting. It was pretty loud and I live in a townhouse with two kids so not something I could use after bedtime. The cord is almost on the short side so one less star for length of cord and volume of machine.

It is quieter than the ninja brand, works well consistently, and doesn’t seem to have an issue with making creamy ice cream even when you don’t have the right ingredients to make something creamy. Very user friendly and I love the suction cups on the bottom to keep it in place on my counter. I’m notorious for knocking things over but it stays put because of the suction cups. All in all it does the job and is quieter which is a huge plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed when unboxing the Nutribullet Chill was the weight of it. It’s not lightweight by any means, so I’d give it 2 stars for portability. As for the use of the machine, it does what it’s intended to do, with some initial complications. I blended milk, cream, sweetener, bananas, peanut butter, and a pinch of salt, then poured the mixture into the Nutribullet Chill container. I put the top on (which didn’t fit properly or securely- kept popping up) I froze for 27 hours, (directions say at least 24) then proceeded to use the machine. I had an issue with a red light coming on while putting the pieces onto the machine and locking it. So I had to try at least 5-6 times to maneuver it onto the machine until it finally worked and the selections illuminated. I selected the “ice cream” setting and pressed the button to start the process. It did mix the contents thoroughly, (with a blade rotating up and down- from top to bottom of container). However, the machine is loud! I would give it 2 stars for the noise of the motor while in use. At the current price point, I would not buy this item. I don’t think it’s something I would use often enough to justify the cost. The ice cream itself looked good, and tasted fine, but the consistency and the texture was not like traditional ice cream. That could be due to the ingredients I used, or how it was prepared before using the Nutribullet chill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Struggled a bit to get it latched and going. Followed the recipe for vanilla. It’s very good, very sweet. Melts very fast one blended, but smooth. It needed 2 spin cycles to complete. Screw on the blade to the container, then attach it to blend. Don’t put the blade on then try to attach the cup. I added granola and peanut butter after it was blended. I am sure this would be a lot of fun with kids. I’d definitely make both containers if there’s more than 2 people. Again, it melts fast. I find that a downside. It’s also not cheap, but you know exactly what you’re adding when you make it yourself. We will try making froyo next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Homemade ice cream! This was super simple to create peanut butter chocolate ice cream. The ice cream turned out a little firmer than soft serve too! It’s a little tricky to get the ice cream cup secured correctly and the base takes up a bit of counter space. Overall very impressed by the performance for a smaller ice cream maker unit.

I love that it has multiple spin options, and comes with recipes that are dairy-free as well. The ice cream comes out so creamy and delicious, and I love that I know exactly what’s in it. The washable blade and top make cleanup so simple. I keep multiple ice cream bases ready to go in the freezer at all times. If you’re considering getting one, do it! You won’t regret it!
