The button batteries fall out!!! My little brother was playing with this with my toddler and I had no idea there were these tiny button batteries in here until my toddler picked one up and my one year old baby HAD ONE IN HER HAND! This is my worst nightmare and thankfully she didn’t swallow it but we were frantically searching for all the batteries to make sure none were missing. I’m so upset about this and the poor design.

They are fun but batteries run out quick. Now I have to try to find the right batteries for these.

One pin is distorted and nothing we can do to get it out

Do not buy this - we literally took a pin out of the box and a tiny round battery fell out. All pins and ball are dangerously put together. Do not buy this.

the plastic and screws holding the batteries in broke on the ball and one of the pins causing the tiny batteries to fall out unnoticed. these tiny batteries can kill a child if swallowed and if you have older children playing with this around smaller children this is a big issue.

In short, the ball is functionality incapable of rolling straight due to the batteries making it imbalanced. The pins don't light up too well, and often have trouble staying consistently illuminated. I don't know how long the LEDs can run on the provided batteries, but three button cell batteries per pin and the more in the ball strikes me as laziness in design.

Bought for my nephew for Christmas, but the adults played with it more. Everything worked. Pretty colors. A lot of fun.

These have small thin plastic covers over batteries with three button batteries being exposed, the cover of one was ripped exposing batteries when opening on mine. This is also marketed for 4 years plus. Most parents may not want this due to each one having 3 button batteries very accessible. This should not even be marketed for children and have a warning. Sad as my daughter loves light up items. Will be searching for a different one now.

lights stop working after 2 mins on 2 pins

Battery cover comes off very easily and watch batteries fall out. Not a safe toy for your older kids if you have smaller children in the house as well. I wound up throwing batteries out, so it's normal boring bowling now with no lights.

The ball has a flat spot where the batteries go, so it doesn’t roll correctly.

This bowling set is probably best for gentle kids. The bowling ball and some of the pins were quickly smushed.
