Whoa! This is absolutely delicious. Just popped it in the microwave for a few mins, put some ICBINB on it, added some salt and pepper and bam! Mouth watering flavor. I served it this morning with breakfast, but I will absolutely be adding this to our dinners. I wish they made a family size bag. The price at the moment is a little steep - $5/bag in this economy is a bit steep, especially since its Target brand. But it’s so good that it’s worth it. I could eat a bag of this as a meal all by myself. lol. Definitely recommend.

I wish the bag was bigger
I only bought for the health benefits but this taste so good. I didn’t add seasoning and cook in microwave quickly! I have had it with bake chicken and left over curry chicken. I know it says it’s for a couple of servings but this only last me for 2 lunches or 2 dinners as a side.

Overcooked spinach flavor very bland
Ok I don’t hate spinach but this taste like overcooked spinach and bland low quality cooking oil (nothing else -the other veggies were drowned by spinach flavor) salt per and hot sauce helped some but wouldn’t buy again. Two stars because I liked the idea of couscous and veggies in an easy steamed bag. Make it without spinach and maybe it would be good.

My favorite pre-seasoned frozen vegetable blend at Target! Turn it into a healthy, fast meal by adding some salmon or shrimp, drained and rinsed chickpeas, a drizzle of lemon juice and feta. The feta in particular really makes the flavors pop.

So I don't know if they changed this, but I don't see kale on the label unlike the other reviews. And for someone saying it sat in their stomach longer, it's because of the fiber. lol Regardless, I really like this mix. Easy to make and throw together for a fast meal. I added bell pepper, grilled chicken and some spices and it was wonderful. I did expect this mix to be more grain heavy but definitely more spinach leaning. I would still recommend this though.

Use caution with Good & Gather frozen meals
I'm on the fence with these frozen meals. I purchased and ate a few packages over a few days. I probably should have eaten less than the large servings I ate, but I feel the meal sat in my stomach longer than most food items which makes me believe there are additives that sit in your digrestive and tax the immune system. Serve as a side, not the main meal.
