A: The Tramontina "Pots & Pans" Aluminum Nonstick Fry Pan is free from PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic acid), but needs PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) to make the nonstick material adhere (or "stick") to the aluminum pan. 10" aluminum Nonstick Fry pan
I have yet to use it, but if it is as good as my 6 /quart Tramontina pot with removable strainer which I have had for approx. 5 yrs., I will be extremely happy.
