Arrived with dog hair and dirt

Received item that appears to be used, as it arrived dirty with dog hair and dust on the bottom. It was not packaged in any kind of wrapping, just thrown in a box. There doesn’t seem to be any damage but still disappointing to receive the item in dirty condition with poor packaging.

Good for pupplies and short term

Good while it lasted. We had it for 5 months. Had to throw it away because I noticed that mold was growing under the bowl in the silicone. It was probably an easy fix as we always clean it but didn’t want to run the risk of it happening again so threw it out. It’s a strong silicone but I was always worried that it would break when taking out the bowls to clean. It worked great for my puppy when she was little but since she’s bigger now we’re going to opt for an elevated bowl

This bowl and mat set is alright. I like that it keeps the bowls still during feeding and drinking. It looks nice. But it’s not the easiest thing to clean. It could be worse, hence the four stars, but it could be improved. The molds for the bowls are open underneath, so there’s a malleable ring that needs to be washed out. It’s just kind of a pain. It does dry quickly though, which is nice!

Wrong Item in wrong spot!

I accidentally paid $18.99 for one bowl, no matter. I thought I was just buying a dog bowl because that’s where it was placed in the store. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry because we were going out of town and I didn’t realize how much I had over paid until the bowl was washed and used. If I hadn’t seen my receipt in the app. ,I wouldn’t know. Now I feel ripped off and mad. This bowl was with all the other stainless steel bowls and was the only one with a barcode.
