Bought this one and the Mario version. This unicorn one for some reason stops working with the slightest pressure. Tried the same amount of pressure with the Mario version. I suppose the one I got was just defective. Sad that it's not a consistent quality.

Stops working regularly, despite constantly replacing batteries. I have 4 of these and they all do the same thing. They also stop spinning with the slightest pressure. Only work on front teeth when minimal pressure is applied. The force of the cheek alone on the back teeth stop the head from spinning. Still trying to figure out which replacement head to buy for the children's model. The website doesn't make it easy.

I can’t believe you can’t replace the brush head on this brush. I would never have purchased this if I realized that. I find this brand’s marketing deliberately misleading. Aside from that, the brush says it is for ages 3+ but the brush head was too large and the handle too heavy for my 5.5 year old to navigate well.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought this. As many others have stated, the toothbrush is extremely weak and stops spinning when any pressure is applied. I thought something was wrong with the included battery so I changed it out...no, it just sucks. Target displays 4.5 stars for this item despite all of the reviews being negative. Don't waste your money 🙄

1 star for quality 5 stars for Mario This was the gateway toothbrush to get my kid to switch to electric and reduce the amount of plastic that goes into the landfill. He wanted Mario so I bought the toothbrush despite it requiring AA batteries and hoped the reviews were wrong. The toothbrush worked great for a month, then worked sporadically for a few weeks and then completely died. I tried changing the batteries multiple times. What a piece of garbage. One more item to go to e-waste. My kid will use an Oral-B electric toothbrush now - that’s the silver lining.

Low power since we first opened it. After 2 month, MOLD growing in the holes in the back of the brush. I soaked it in peroxide, it was way worse than this. Cheap garbage! Do not buy it!

The inside of my son's lip got caught in the spinning head and he screamed out in pain! It bled a little bit as well. This product is not safe! The manufacturer should look into this. I would caution parents against buying this product.

Santa got this for my little to encourage better brushing hygiene. The battery died after about three weeks. No problem, I figured. I just replaced the AA battery with a new one, and nothing happened... I tried a few other batteries just in case it was the battery, but no, the brush seems to be broken. I'm extremely disappointed in this product, and the waste of plastic for there not even being an option for a replaceable brush head.

Opened and used for the first time last and was not impressed. Have previously used competitors product and am much happier with the power provided by that item, knowing my kids are getting a good brushing done. This toothbrush right out of the packaging is so weak that I feel using a manual toothbrush would provide a better cleaning. Not happy with my choice to try a Spinbrush.
