Straw Hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using pureology for years. I used the Pure volume for the first time last night. It made my hair feel like straw before I was able to rinse the shampoo out. This morning my hair is really dry on the ends. I had high hopes for this product. Definitely not a fan of it.

If you want oily hair, then use this

Don't waste your money!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upset is an understatement when I used this. Does not lather and made my hair feel like it had dreadlocks as I was washing it. Could not get my fingers to go through the hair. I use Pureology brand and was curious about this one. NEVER AGAIN!! Forced me click that I have received a sample, loyalty point, coupon, or contest entry and that is untrue. Requesting a refund.

Stay Away from the Pure Volume Shampoo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the majority of my pureology products, but this shampoo is terrible. It does not lather, and truly makes your hair feel like straw. It’s the worst shampoo I have ever purchased. The pure volume conditioner is fine, but you will need to use a lot of it to get the tangles out from the shampoo and for your hair to feel like actual hair again. Honestly, I’m not sure why the company continues to sell this particular shampoo, stay away from it. I would recommend the hydration shampoo instead.

Not a good product

Amazing Shampoo

It’s so much fuller and actually makes my hair brighter (I have blonde hair). I toggle back-and-forth between other shampoos, but every time I use this one people always ask me if I got my hair done! Terrible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give this a zero if I could. Horrible shampoo. Felt like I was washing my hair with bar soap. The second time I used it, strands of my hair broke off. My daughter is a stylist and could not believe what happened. I am a Pureology user but after this experience with this shampoo I have switched to a different brand. What a waste of money. I DO NOT recommend this shampoo at all. And while filling out this form, it is forcing me to check that I received a sample, loyalty point or coupon for this review. It does not give me an option for NO. So I am saying it here. I DID NOT receive anything for this review.

Highly disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted so much to like this product. I gave it a more than a fair chance It left my hair feeling very awful , tangly, frizzy and dirty feeling and made my hair" feel" damaged, though it was not. My hair did not look nice like I had been using cheap shampoo. It even didn't feel good washing my hair with it, I was worried I was damaging my hair in the shower with it. I have very fine hair. Have been a long time Pureology customer for years, but have been told it is good to change up once in a while. I used the product till the very end, even though part of me truly wanted to throw it out :/ I will not buy again.
