This pan is my absolute favorite, and the size is perfect for cooking small batches. It’s also aesthetically pleasing, so you can serve food in it too. I did do a hand wash no heat cycle and it worked well also. This is a very high quality pan set and company. So far no issues. Just be a little careful if put in oven on a hot handle.
