Too Many Folded Creases

Purchased the yellow and cream in the 9x12 and the color is simply beautiful. However, it arrived folded into a square with multiple creases. If you have the extra time to remove all the creases then this is a good purchase. If you do not, I would suggest purchasing something else.

Heat and Feet

Likes: color and perfect size. On sale. Arrived as scheduled Dislikes: arrived FOLDED in rectangular shape. Same experience as a previous purchaser. Googled and found great solution. Used hand held hair blow dryer. On high heat setting I moved it back and forth across creases. Stood on heated sections for about 1 minute, about width of my two feet, stepping sideways. Took about 30-40 minutes. Voila, all flat. As an extra bonus I rolled it up overnight.

Excellent quality (surprised by the coloring-red&cream, tad less red but the weave is intricate up close, further away truly like the picture). Using in dining room, many other rugs pups pee'd upon & unsalvageable. Cleanup so far no problem. Grateful this seller has beautiful work PLUS a pet friendly rug! Carefully packaged, FedEx did great job as well.
