From time to time I get really bad hemorrhoids and getting relief can be difficult and daunting especially if I'm on the go. I discovered Private Packs and it was God sent! Wonderful product. Very compact, and I also used it for back pain. Since the size is manageable, you can maneuver to different sections of your back. It really does the trick and is quite soothing. Rather clever!

Private Packs saved me from wearing those big bulky uncomfortable ice packs they give you in the hospital. Private Packs provided instant relief for about 20 minutes. I love that they are comfortable and discreet, I wore them when people were over or out during my daily walks. And, I love that they are reusable, I always have it ready in my fridge.

I seriously love these and make sure to always have some in my nightstand/freezer. I use monthly for period cramping (heat) and post-Brazilian wax pain (cold). Huge relief and super convenient.
