1. TEAR at notch to vent.
2. MICROWAVE on HIGH 60 seconds until hot.

    I’m a girl who likes flavor and seasoning and this has both! I didn’t have to add anything. If you like some spice, then I can see adding hot sauce or sriracha. Overall, very filling!     I had low expectations, but I was still very disappointed. They seemed okay at first, but after a few bites, they became very unappetizing and I couldn’t finish them. They’re overly soft & watery, and the flavor is weirdly bland yet unpleasant. I would not recommend these. I think a plain can of beans dumped out & microwaved would be better, especially if you add some salt & seasonings.

    Easy, healthy, delicious

    This is my new go to girl dinner! Pair this with some tortilla chips or crackers and a piece of fruit and you're all set.
