Actually helped with dandruff
I usually don't write reviews, but I really love this shampoo. I was having terrible scalp build up and itchiness, it looked like it was snowing when I ran my hands through my hair, and this helped a lot. I used Biolage scalp sync and Nizoral with no results. I was surprised this worked as well as it did. Not gonna lie, my head is still itchy sometimes, but there is way less build up and skin coming off. I've been using all Ouai hair products since then and love them.

i never leave reviews on products but i’ve never had something work so fast before! my scalp dryness & flakes literally went away after 1 freaking wash. that’s insane. i’ll never go back to my previous shampoo. my only wish is for more scent options.

Amazeballs
Literally never going back to my old shampoo! This stuff is so amazing! I have a really hard time with a dry scalp, especially in the winter! I saw a difference in my first wash. It has a bit of a minty smell, but it doesnt linger (nor do i mind the smell). Its safe to use on colored hair (my hairs super bright pink, vivid), and my hair loves it.

Love this shampoo!
I love this shampoo! I struggle with dandruff and dry scalp, especially going into the colder seasons. Since using this shampoo I haven't had dandruff or an itchy scalp! I did start out using this 3-4 times per week and then lessened to 2x per week accompanied by my regular shampoo. This bottle will probably last me until the Spring. Also, I absolutely love the scent. It's light, refreshing and energizing compared to their other (imo) stronger, muskier scents.

I didnt get a chance to use it yet because the store I bought it from sold me an expired bottle...You shouldnt have to, but check the date on your products so you dont buy an expired product.

Works on Mild Dandruff
I don't have severe dandruff, I have an itchy scalp and mild flaking mostly in the winter. I love the scent of this shampoo, it's the same as their scalp serum and I am once again asking them to please make this a perfume! It's super gentle. I leave it on for 5 mins. It got rid of my itchy flaking scalp. I use it twice a week. This does a pretty subpar job combating oil but my hair looks super soft and smooth when I use this.

I use this shampoo 2-3 times a week and have had amazing results. My typical routine is a double cleanse starting with the Detox Shampoo followed up the Anti-Dandruff and my scalp is consistently clear of flakes. Just waiting on a travel version of this along with the refill option!

Dandruff people do not waste your money
I have dandruff and used other over the counter dandruff shampoo but this one was the worse yet left my scalp feeling more itchy after use. This is my experience and I use the entire bottle through to try and give it a chance.

Shampoo does not lather and makes hair dry
First time using this brand and followed the directions. However, the shampoo does not lather well and requires you to use a lot in order to get the full scalp cleaned. Additionally, after you let it sit for 4-5 minutes , your hair feels dry after you wash it out

Disappointed
Did not work as expected :( I was super excited to start using this as I've been struggling with dandruff specifically at the front of my head. After a few uses my hair is now more oily and requires me to wash it more often than I'm used to. Not buying this again :(

Not worth the expense
I bought 2 bottles, they are not cheap, trying to really trust the product. Did nothing good ot bad to my hair. Hair doesn't feel clean at all.

The product didn’t help with my dandruff. I do tend to have more severe dandruff with my psoriasis. I would say it smells amazing and was good shampoo. It just didn’t do a thing for my actual dandruff.

Waist of money..
Shampoo did not work, I used it every time I washed my hair and it only took away a bit of dandruff. My scalp was still flaky, dry, irritated, etc. I would not recommend, brands like CeraVe and Neutrogina sell better shampoo's. I recommend not waisting your money on this (just because its more expensive, doesn't mean its better).

An absolute need for your scalp!!!
Having always dealt with a dry and flaky scalp, I am always on the hunt for new products to try and this one worked amazing!! My scalp feels cleaner and left no dandruff after using it just once! Gifted by OUAI.
