Quality Control Issues

I had issues with delivery initially--first order was returned to sender for no reason. Second order arrived missing the back of the chaise and an extra arm piece.

Don't do it

This couch is terrible! The only way I could see it working would be in a kids area, but that's even a stretch. It is very uncomfortable and small. The padding comes vacuum sealed and is supposed to expand, don't get your hopes up, they never get fluffy. If you're over 5'4" you are not fitting.

smaller than pic appears. this couch is meant to be thrown out in the street after a year or 2 depending on usage. Garbage. im not sure how it would've been price 1000$ to a 400$ discount, no i do. should be sold at most 200$.

DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH

I am extemely disappointed in Target's customer service. This couch was delivered with a rip in it. I called Target customer service and was told that this is a 3rd party couch and that the part I needed was not available. I have already put the couch together because they told me I could use it until I hear back from customer service. They will refuse tocomepick up the couch or offer me any discounts to keep. DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH!!!!
