The Rock by Starfrit's Nonstick Deep Fry Pan's unique manufacturing process uses small metal pellet impact technology to modify the surface to form an ultra durable rock like finish. The result is an outstanding release performance, 3x better than traditional nonstick cookware. This 12-In. Deep Fry Pan is made with an extra-thick forged aluminum base for optimal heat distribution and even cooking. Its Bakelite handle is oven safe up to 350°F, with or without the lid. This fry pan is ideal for large meals, 1 pot meals, or even cinnamon rolls for brunch! The pan is easy to clean and dishwasher safe..

    The handle broke off in normal use. Poor design snapped off. Had it for about 8 months. Otherwise it was a good cooking surface, just hard to hold onto.

    Amazing size!

    I love the size of this pan! The depth is so great too especially if frying anything. I like that the cover has rubber on it so it doesn’t get hot. Wish I had bought this sooner.
