Very unconfortable
It's very cheap-looking and uncomfortable. There is no lumbar support, and the seat cushion practically is nonexistent.

Good chair, but....
This chair is very nice looking, I love the back and the foot rest. However, for a chair that boasts about its all day comfort, it is a major fail. The seat cushion/support is non existent. The seat is very hard and feels like there is little to no padding. So I am, yet again, looking and cushions/gel pads to be able to work for 9-10hrs comfortably.

Well made and comfortable
I ordered this for my son's room and he's very happy with it. It's comfortable and supportive and it looks nice and polished in his room. If you need lumbar support, you would probably need to add a small pillow designed for that. As far as quality, it's quite good. The fabric is soft and the upholstering is well done, without any uneven or poorly sewn areas. Everything seems very sturdy and there were no issues with any of the parts. The instructions are clear and fairly simple, but I think you ideally need 2 people to put it together. Attaching the back to the seat is fiddly and we had to do it differently than instructed. There's a metal plate that connects the back to the seat, and the instructions say to attach the plate to the back, and then attach both to the seat. We tried that a bunch of ways and we just couldn't line up the holes on the plate and the seat. Eventually we took the back section off the plate, loosely attached the plate to the seat, and then reattached the back to the plate. That worked well, but this is where we needed two people because my husband had to hold the back section in place while I put in the screws. One other tip, the instructions mention not fully tightening the screws until you've gotten all the pieces in place, and that is important, especially with that back-seat connector section.
