Very effective and practical
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the capsules for when I travel or have no time to prepare a beverage to use the powder version, I buy both options and alternate. My skin is firmer and clear and my hair is growing, my nails grow but still not as strong as I would like too but I am happy my skins is firm as I am losing weight and skin resents the weight change but this collagen supports my skin and hair.

I have a very hard time taking the power form of Collagen. It would not matter what I mixed it with, I just couldn’t tolerate it. The pill form is excellent and easy to take.

Works great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose Sports Research because after reading many other brands the reviews were not as promising. To my surprise it’s been the best decision I’ve made. Using this was important because it also included vitamin C. After major surgery I was told to take the Collagen multi. with the C. I was amazed at how well it helped healing and overall wellbeing. Thank you.

They've Worked For Me
I don't know, but after using them for about 8 months, I have NO arthritis pain, smoother skin, almost no wrinkles, and generally feel physically far better. Is my claim anecdotal? Sure. Have I done anything else that might have made a difference? No.

Great results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking for a few months now so I can give a fair review. These capsules have been amazing for my skin. It is plumper and looks so much healthier. I had doubts but now I am certain I will continue to take them. I love the convenience of the capsules. I live a very busy life and don't always have time to make a smoothie or coffee so I am very grateful for the capsule form. There is no after taste and they are easy to swallow. Great product!

The absolute best!!
I have been taking Sports Research Collagen capsules for six years. Not all collagen supplements are the same and diligent research will lead you right to this product. I am very active and riddled with arthritis. These capsules keep me moving!! Chronic pain is gone or lessened to the extent that it is a mild irritant. In the beginning I took eight caps a day. Now I take four. Not to mention, the extra benefit of firm, glowing skin. I am a lifer for this product!

This helped me so much!
I've had a lot of joint pain (hips and feet mainly) since menopause (20+years). Tried Provitalize for 3 fulls months with no relief. Having done some research, I found collagen was important for joint health and most women are low in collagen after menopause. I chose Sport Research because theirs contains all the important collagen types. After about a week I started noticing a lessening of pain. Oh, I'm still a little stiff when I first get up after sitting for a period, but quickly eases, but that chronic almost debilitating pain is gone. Just started a subscription with them.

Must try
I’m in my late 50’s and discomfort is beginning at this point. My OBGYN suggested me to try this and I did. I started seeing differences in the second week and I didn’t stop since then. My body feels more energetic, especially my knee issue is very minimal now, hopefully it will go away eventually. I highly recommend to women my age.

Love it !
We love the collagen capsules better than the collagen powder. I like the capsules because the taste is not harsh rather than if you get the powder than it is I also like how it goes into your system very fast, and it starts working as soon as it gets into your system. I would put this as 4 1/2 stars as I don’t like how the capsules are as big as they are. I wish they made them just a tiny bit smaller to where it would be easier to swallow but other than that these are amazing !!

Great product
I got this about a month ago and am very satisfied. This product can help improve your skin, wrinkles,elasticity, joint health and gut health. The cons may cause mild side effects such as bloating, heartburn, and feelings of fullness. If you have food allergies. I've not had any of these and prefer taking the capsules than the powder.

Collagen
I have recently started taking COLLAGEN COMPLEX for about 2 weeks. I haven't really noticed a difference yet but maybe it's to soon. I will continue taking this and I have to say I wl continue taking this collagen. I feel like it is good for me.
