The pedal is very difficult to press for my granddaughter. The lock nut holding the steering column also is difficult to tighten completely. The run time is pretty short when having to charge this overnight or longer. I bought because no place else had it. It was already assembled in the box probably because it was a return. We should be informed why the product was returned before.

This ride-on is way too small for a 2.5-year-old. The pedal is extremely stiff and hard to push for more than a few seconds, which quickly frustrates a toddler. It also jolts forward instead of moving smoothly, making it uncomfortable and not very safe feeling. Disappointed overall.

Not worth retail price

This is for 2.5 years and under. It's downfall is that it cannot drive on grass and also can not go backwards. It super slow, we have another 6V quad and it goes faster for some reason. Overall, we are disappointed at the quality, performance and how high the retail value is.
