Almost great
Lid is a bit loose quickly. Strongly feel lifs should be be included with purchase. I bought 4 cups and added 4 lids. Darn expensive. Lid is necessary.

Always Looks Dirty
My lid seals perfectly. But it is a terrible product that resists cleaning! I am not a fanatic for cosmetic perfection but this lid stains right out of the box. Has anyone tried to clean this lid with bleach? I am retired so my dogs are the only outsiders to see it but if I were still working in an office I would not use the lid. Reminds me of the old-timers in an oil refinery that I worked in while in high school that just put their mugs on the shelf for use at the next break without ever cleaning them. Only $10 but really is an underwhelming product.

New Lid color
I have 3 lids for the 14 oz cups. they work but get stained. I wouldn't mind a dark lid that wont get stained looking over time.

Love this cup
I was given as a gift a few years ago. I absolutely love it. Keeps coffee at same temp. Run to put a wash on?. . . coffee doesn't cool off. . . . doorbell rings?. . . coffee doesn't cool off. !! Stays same temp. The temp you love. For coffee drinkers it is a great item.

Good seal
I wanted to wait a while before reviewing The 14 oz lid. So glad I finally purchased this lid, as it works very well. It has a good seal, keeps heat in longer to help coffee stay hot/warm and no leaks so far. Im still waiting for the 10 oz lid for my smaller ember mug to come back into stock.

This lid effectively doubles the amount of time my coffee stays hot. -Love that! Like others, I have found that at times the lid pops off and I have to fiddle with the gasket to get it stay on. Also, my least favorite thing about this lid is that it gets cloudy. It looks unappealing but it functions perfectly so I guess I'll be fine. Or my coffee will be. Would 5 star this if it weren't for that one point.

Does not work.
Just received my mug lid with high expectancy. Was very disappointed! The lid just sits on top of the mug and does not ‘seat’. It slides right off when I tip the mug to my mouth to take a drink. I actually have to hold the lid on with a finger and coffee still spills out. I ordered the 10 oz lid for a 10 oz mug. A waste of money.

My only complaint about the lid is that it wasn't always available. It's a game-changer - extending the heating of the coffee significantly. It's super easy to clean and unobtrusive. Love it!
