I bought these knowing a common complaint was the frame often comes damaged. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the first stool up. I used it for a while and when it came time to use the second one, I opened the packaging and the frame was indeed damaged. The seat isn't completely attached because of the bent frame. The damage isnt repairable and I missed the 30 day return window by a few days so im stuck with it.
