Don't buy online. Target sends out products no one would buy in the store
Two of the four frames were used and damaged. Target should be ashamed having sent these to a customer. No one should have to waste their time returning products that never should have been sent out.

I love these frames but many of them were damaged upon arival and even buying in store. Be sure to check under the cardboard corners bc many were damaged there.

7 out of 9 frames arrived damaged
The frames themselves are nice however, out of the 9 frames I ordered, 7 arrived damaged. Those 7 came in a box and were not wrapped at all, just a thin piece of paper in between each frame. The two that arrived in good condition were wrapped nicely. But I’m pretty disappointed with how poorly these were prepped for shipping.

Arrived shattered with glass all over every other item in the box it arrived with. Spent an hour chatting with customer service but they were insistent that I bring the broken item- glass and all. If you want to save yourself some time, don’t order this item online.

Be Careful
While I love this frame, both were very damaged. I did a Drive Up order, so they were placed in my trunk. When I got home and removed the packaging, both frames had black scratches all over them. I tried to wipe them clean, but I couldn’t. When I took the mats out, both mats had shoe prints on them as though they had been repeatedly stepped on. If you want these frames, definitely go to the store and examine them before purchasing.
