Uneven cooking and sticking

These were fine at first. I bake a lot of sweet breads and I have trouble every single time with the outside burning but the center remaining uncooked. I have never ever had this problem with other pans! After about 6 uses, the loaf pan sticks like crazy too. Even heavily greasing the pan doesn’t work anymore and the last 2 loaves have stuck so badly they were ruined. Not worth the cost, I’d do better with the cheap pans.
