The sauce is sour. I had to add additional seasoning to take away some of the sourness. Won't buy it again.

Really gross and could not finish, which happens very rarely for me. There is an awful sour taste that made me so nauseous.

Did not enjoy the flavor at all - Trader Joe’s has something similar that tastes much better. The sauce doesn’t adhere/soak into these well.

I think a lot of the people were expecting something like ramen and that's not what this is. It is lighter in color and the taste wasn't what I expected but I still enjoyed it a bought more.

Super easy and delicious five minute meal for a quick WFH lunch or dinner at the end of a long day. Sometimes we add a protein (boiled egg, chicken) and/or veg (broccoli, bok choy). Either way, it’s a huge improvement on the ramen we all grew up with and it has quickly become a go-to comfort food in our house!

I was very disappointed in the sauce flavor. I was expecting something yummy and looking forward to supporting another fellow Vietnamese woman, but these aren’t it for me. I only gave 2 stars because I liked the noodles that they used. Other than that, I wouldn’t repurchase.

So so good! I jazzed these up with some ground pork, cabbage, and bean sprouts. Very impressed. This will be a new staple in my house!

Despite the terrible reviews - I decided to buy it and try it for myself. I am East & Southeast Asian and grew up eating a variety of dishes from many different cultures. First of all, any of you who tried the microwave method opinions shouldn’t be valid. (You don’t own a pot or pan? Really? Chef Mike is bad for you.) The sauce is lighter than pictured but it doesn’t affect the flavor. There is a nice kick to it - not too spicy. The sesame flavor can be overpowering to those with a weak palette so this may not be for you if you can’t stomach anything stronger than salt and pepper. I added baby bok choy for texture and prawns and eggs for protein. Personally, I do think there could have been a little more flavor but it is good for a product selling for quick and convenience. Don’t let the bad reviews deter you from trying something new and please do not cook it using a microwave even if it’s advertised - that’s already a recipe for a disaster in itself. I am glad there are more ethnic products in stores like Target that doesn’t taste yt washed. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

As a graphic designer I was drawn to the packaging which is why I bought it in the first place. This was the nastiest thing I’ve ever eaten in my entire life it tasted gross and looked gross too. Don’t waste ur money

I really wanted to like these but I couldn't get past the taste. I love dandanmian and thought this might be similar since it's "inspired by" that dish. It was too sweet and not very spicy. I tried adding vegetables and spices after trying it as it comes, but couldn't finish the small serving you get.

I’m not picky and to me they are nasty 🤮they taste sour and rotten and they are an ugly white/brown color not like the packaging.

There are delicious! Reminds me of dan dan noodles and I love Lucas Sin so it was perfect.

sour and bitter , not what i was expecting at all , i added some sugar to try to balance out the flavor but it’s still not for me . wouldn’t repurchase . the noodles texture and pretty packaging was the best part
