I really wanted to like this pasta as it has minimal ingredients and is high protein. Unfortunately, the texture and flavor was off to me. I also had a bad stomach ache after eating it. Maybe if you don’t have a sensitive stomach then you’ll enjoy this more than I did.

Pretty Decent Protein Pasta

Extremely ill
Gave me violent GI symptoms. I have had all kinds of protein pastas and legume pastas with no issues. There needs to be a disclaimer so people can test if they’ll be reactive before eating a full serving.

Protein Pasta
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed this pasta especially when I learned that the source of its additional protein is from beans. The pasta is made in Italy and has no strange-to-kitchen ingredients in it. I followed the cooking recipe including the addition of 2 Tablespoons of salt (!!), which totally surprised me. The taste was wonderful and not too salty. I also added some of the pasta water to the sauce and then combined the pasta with the sauce (Vodka, BTW), and the meal was a delight with a tossed salad (but no packaged salads since I am in MI).
