Looks great but didn't work

Shipment was ok. The book came without the little plastic strip for the battery, which was not a good sign. And I was right. The book made NO sound. We tested the batteries and all 3 were all BAD. I did not expect to receive a sound book that came without sound. Luckily, Target's return system was great and fast. One of the reasons why I love Target!
