Q: I noticed that the nutrition label lists 0 grams of fiber per serving. How much chia is used per serving? Whether the fiber content has been rounded down due to serving size? Or if the chia seeds have been processed in a way that reduces the fiber?

A: Hi Cristal, with the size of a serving (1 tablespoon) and the way rounding happens on nutrition labels it rounds the fiber down. There is nothing that happens to the chia seeds during making the product, we use whole chia seeds.

Q: Do I need to discard 7 or 30 days after opening? Or can I discard after 60 days? The jar says : a preservative free so eat up within a month. A week is ok too . Thank you.

A: Hello! If it's been kept in the fridge and there is no spoilage visible like mold, and you've been careful with not double dipping or getting crumbs / other food products in the jar, then it should still be fine to eat. Thanks!

A: Hello, thanks for reaching out! The color can vary across shades based on color variation in the fruit / strawberries, and we don't use any artificial colors to enhance it. Specifically to your question though, it is normally a darker red to brown shade. I hope this helps and hope you enjoy the taste!

aftertaste
so this had a strange aftertaste. I was really hoping to like it, and i will finish the bottle but i will likely not purchase this again. It is an odd brownish color, but that wasnt what bothered me. I tried to see if the aftertaste came from the bread, the butter, but nope. it was this. I cant quite explain the taste, but it was somewhat bittery. I would look elsewhere. Also overpriced in my opinion, id just go with a sugar free brand from another place.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I use his product to enhance the bagels that I use in the morning for breakfast. It tastes great, however it's nothing to write home about. I'd recommend using it on toast or on other breads that you may have in the morning and it's probably better to use it alone and not in combination with other products. Overall, I would not buy it again but to me it just has a synthetic taste and I just couldn't get myself to really enjoy it as much as I thought I would.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This jam was just ok. I was expecting it to actually taste and look a little better than it does. It looks kind of muddy and tastes a little muddy too. I do appreciate though that there are no added sugars. It just doesn't taste that great or look that great spread on toast.

This is so good! We put it on everything - toast, pancakes, waffles. For those complaining about the color and the mild taste—the reason why other “jams” are red and have a stronger flavor is because they’re packed full of preservatives or food coloring, sugar and “natural flavors.” Real food ain’t supposed to taste like that. It is more expensive, yes, but I find it keeps me mindful and really savoring it when I use it.

Jam everywhere in shipping
Didn’t even get to try the jam itself. I was super excited but my packaging box came with a huge dent in it. No problem with that up until I opened the box and the jam was all over crusted on my products. It looked like it they literally unscrewed the cap of the jar and placed it in the box before shipping. No tape or anything to secure the cap. Can’t even review the actual taste of it
