COMPLETELY AWFUL 0/10

Extremely dissatisfied, not only in the quality of this set but more importantly to the lack of follow up from the customer service team after reaching out following the delivery of the set multiple times to request a refund/store credit. This could have been easily resolved or reconciled but once I finally got connected with a representative I was simply told that there was nothing they could do and it was passed the deadline. Very unfortunate that Target couldn’t make this right for a loyal customer.

Poor customer service

Contacted Target. Representative was not helpful. In fact, she was difficult to deal with. Cushions are milk white. Description stated they are beige. Requested an exchange for different colored cushions or cushion covers. Only resolution was to return the entire set for a full refund.

Worried about the wood not lasting

Concerned about the wood…. It doesn’t seem like it will hold up in the outdoor weather. Also a lot of the legs to the chairs and table didn’t properly fit. A lot of the pieces we had to “ make fit”. I almost contacted the company asking for replacements it was so bad. Overall I’d say it’s maybe worth $300 but no more then than.
