You have to have the phone centered exactly perfect for it to work, so if you so much as bump the table it’s on or the cord catches a breeze from the AC it will stop charging. The light on it is also super annoying at night (if it’s actually working). I’ll fall asleep and it says it’s charging but then wake up in the morning to a phone at 16%. Don’t buy it

This is appealing on the eye, and I've always had a thing for the ANKER brand, however this is a bad bunch (model), as the reviews also show. I bought this looking only at the brand and then when I received it, noticed that it didn't work, even with strategic placement on the circle. After reading reviews; I came to find out I am not the only one who has had the same problem with this charging pad. This is going back ASAP and I will NOT be repurchasing a new one. Other ANKER models work well for me currently and in the past, this one seems to have a quality control issue.

Don’t waste your time or money on this charger. Sometimes it will charge, sometimes it won’t. I charge my phone overnight and multiple times I have gotten up the next day to find that my phone didn’t charge at all. Just spend a bit more for a better charger rather than buying two like I will have to do

We tried this on three different phones, and used every troubleshooting trick recommended by Anker, all to no avail. We might as well be setting a phone on top of a block of cheese for all the good it does. If it were just a matter of charging slowly, it would be irritating but workable, but to have no effect at all? This is disappointing from Anker. At least Target makes returns easy.
