L'ange Le Pirouette Rotating Curling Iron - Blush

I find it hard to use. The straightener brush I bought is still in the box. I tried it and found it very hard to use. Now I have 2 tools I'll probably never use. Sad, I have purchased many tools & products from you guys & loved them all. Can I return them?

I am really bad at doing my hair and this worked great for me! took only 20 minutes and looked perfect on the first try definitely recommend this !

Once I got the hang of this, I love it. BE CAREFUL using this on the front of your hairline! easy to get a burn.

I tried it for the first time last weekend and it's harder to use than I thought because of my shorter hair but I'll definitely try again.

I didn't think it would be this amazing but it is. Easy to use. Beautiful curls.

Mislead by advertising lost money and will tell people of poor customer Service as well

The item itself works great, I deducted two stars because the clamp is so tiny and my tremor is such that it's a true struggle to use it. I didn't realize the size of the clamp was so short when I made my purchase.

The video does not clearly show how to use. It looks easy but does not instruct on what button to press or make it stop. Hair stick to base and breaks.

Burnt my finger badly when trying to unclip the clip portion. Pulled my hair aggressively and when trying to stop it I almost burnt my forehead. Curls weren't that great and frizzed my hair at bottom. Worst curler I've ever used!

It works as advertised. I'm just having a hard time controlling which way to turn it. I need to practice with it more.

Wow! The way it curls even curly hair in to a uniform curl makes my life 100% better! I love this product!

I have the Le Duo but I always like trying different tools for different outcomes. I have burned my arm at least twice (bad burns with blisters), and I think it's because of the length of the wand. I have gloves but my burns are higher up. My hair slips out of the clip no matter how much hair I put in there at a time - it just isn't snug enough. My styles using the Le Duo have lasted for a week (I wash my hair about once a week, and although the curls loosen, I love the different looks). I'm lucky if the Le Pirouette lasts a full day, and I have to keep using it daily if I'm going out to refresh what curl is left. I have a cheap Remington straightener that gives better curls that last until I wash my hair. I wish I had returned it.

I will be returning since my curls do not hold.

It was difficult for me to use. I was afraid I would burn my ears or face. It only has a tiny little part to hold your hair. It did get nice and hot. It just isn't for me.

I was excited to get this curling iron and disappointed when I tried to use it. I don't understand such a short clamp. It is very difficult to clamp your hair and not hit the buttons to rotate. Had I kept the box and receipt, I would have returned it and opted for a different tool.

Love the curling iron. I have had a difficulty curling my hair, and the buttons have made it easy for me to love my curls.
