Fine hair where?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really fine, bright red hair, so I get super nervous, trying any kind of hair masks. I was actually pretty surprised with how well this worked for me. The texture feels rich without making it feel heavy and it melts into my hair without making it look greasy or flat. After rinsing, my hair noticeably felt smoother and stronger especially through the mid lengths to the ends. I use this mask about once a week now and I’m never looking back. It feels like I add that protein back into my hair after dying it so much.

HORRIBLE SMELL
Way too strong of a perfume decent. Made me want to gag in the shower and gave me a migraine. It's not even that great of a mask. Didnt perform any better than their regular conditioners. Switching back to Tresemme at this point.

No protective seal on product.
Ordered online/shipped. Not packaged well. There was no inner seal or outer seal to prevent this item to be tampered with. I am reluctant to use products on my hair or face that aren’t well sealed. Additionally, because of the lack of seal, it almost seems that the product had been partially used. There was a a full inch of no product in the container. Maybe it’s a packaging issue. The good thing is that Target stands by its product and refunded the cost of this item.

We’d like you to know there is no safety seal on the jar. Also, it’s very unusual for a package to leave our plant without the proper amount of product in it. We fill our bottles by weight, not volume, to ensure you receive the exact amount we advertise on the package. With that said, we do leave a bit of empty space at the top of each bottle. Industry standards require all shampoo and conditioner bottles leave 10% of the bottle empty, to account for shipping conditions such as varying temperatures, which helps to prevent the bottles from splitting open during transport. The Pantene Miracle Rescue mask smells amazing and has a rich, creamy texture with those little Pro-V pearls that melt right in. I have color-treated, heat-damaged hair that’s usually dry and frizzy, but after using this mask, my hair is noticeably softer, smoother, and way easier to manage. It doesn’t weigh my hair down either, which is a huge plus for my fine strands. I leave it on for about 5 minutes in the shower, and it rinses out easily. Bonus: it’s suitable for all hair types, so I even recommended it to my sister who has thick curls—and she loves it too! Highly recommend if your hair needs a rescue!

LOTS of fallout on wash day
I really wanted to like this product and line. The conditioner really does make your hair feel soft. Didn’t notice much with hair damage… still had to trim my hair and noticed split ends (I air dry my hair and don’t use heat tools often). After using everything and adding more of their products to my regimen and expecting my hair to look better, the only thing I noticed was hair loss. Thankfully it wasn’t chunks of hair that I was loosing but every washday I noticed way too much fall out. After only a month after stopping Pantene use, my hair looks better and I have 1/2 -1/4 less of my hair falling out on wash day.
