Unit arrived in excellent condition - no issues. Well packaged and secure. Although unit has not yet been positioned into window, had running and checked out for operation - all good with very little noise for the size of the unit (12000 BTU). Pleased with our air-con and will be buying another shortly for our lounge. A+ and would recommend to people in the market for a air-con in this design. Impressed with Costway prices and their discounts, making it the best and also cheapest deal in town. Well done people. Dean

Very pricey but worth the money when you don't have to hear the unit running all day. Everyone asks me what is that for since they do not hear it. Cools off 2 open spaces. Bonus is you still have your window view. Installation was easier than expected. On a budget so I am saving up for another for bedroom.

The air conditioner works great! The unit cools my medium-sized bedroom very quickly. Item arrived ahead of schedule. Easy assembly and installation. it came in perfect shape looks good is quiet when runs. It comes with a remote and gives us different settings to adjust the tempature. Everything as described. No complaints.

This saddle AC is a wonderful answer to the window AC without using the use of the window. It's much quieter than the typical window AC and the 1200 BTU is powerful enough for three rooms, though I tend to use it for only two. I gave 4 stars because I had hoped to use it more for it's de-humidification capabilities, but it doesn't have any way to select for percentage of humidity wanted. In dry mode it seems to only dehumidify to around 65 to 70 percent and then it stops. I was hoping for more 50 to 60%. Only if I have the AC running does it go down to around 55 to 60%. The other reason I gave it four stars is that there is a drain on the inside portion of the AC saddle. One has to drain it every so often. I can't understand why they didn't make the drain go on the outside portion so that one didn't have to think about draining water. If I were to buy another one, I'd look to see if there was a brand with the drain going to the outside first before buying this one again.
All window units should save as much space as this one does,

I live in a small house, my kitchen is connected to the living room, and we decided to install this one in the kitchen window, we had to improvise a little and everything worked out for us, so the size fits perfectly, as for now the air temperature in the kitchen is like in an expensive car and the air is so clean! I I've never had any issues with this product ! I recommend it much!

It hangs very low in my room. I've had to re-arrange the furniture because my recliner blocks all the airflow. Niether love it or hate it. Do like the design. However, it is much louder than expected on full settings.

First of all the packaging job is superior. Never see a 100lb box arrive with perfect condition before. Nicely protected inside and instruction on the outside of the box make things clear. Remote control is very responsive, unit operates as described, cools the room fairly quick.
