Not for me
I wanted to love this product so badly! The pigment is rich and dries quickly and i loved that the applicator was thin making it easy to apply, however, my eyes are ultra sensitive and the irritation was beyond what I could handle. I initially just thought my allergies were acting up causing my eyes to water but after I discontinued this product only my eyes were back to normal. I am so sad to have to search for another liquid liner.

Transfers-not for hooded eyes
Usually waterproof liquid eyeliners dry and you don’t have to worry about it transferring to your eyelid above your crease, but not this one. I was cleaning up my eyelids all day, horrified each time I caught my reflection to see yet more dark black smudges. The line itself oddly remained clean and dark, so it gets two stars just for that. Will not buy again, do not recommend.

Dark Brown H20 Proof Eyeliner
Bought hoping it would stay on as it says waterproof. However, natural oils in skin cause it to break down and smear all over eyelid. Tried covering with brown eyeshadow after completely dry, but still smeared onto eyelid, and I do not have oily skin. Returning to the pencil as it stays on well.

Excellent Eyeliner
This eyeliner is great. Both the price and quality cant be best. I have hooded eyes and this doesnt transfer all day after drying down. I have it in every color. I would love to see a burgundy or wine color in this!!!!!

I got this product for free using my points, and thank goodness for that. I would have been so mad if I had wasted my money on this. I applied this the moment I got it because I was excited. I've been needing a new liquid eyeliner. I sat around for about 8 hours editing video. That's it. The first time I looked in the mirror a couple hours after applying, I noticed a lot of this product flaking off and a little bit of smudging on my eyelid. At the end of the day, my eyelids were black! For being waterproof, this has insanely low staying power. I didn't sweat, my face was clean to start with, and I literally sat around all day. Maybe some other products are needed to make this work, or maybe it's a me problem, but I'm glad I didn't spend money on it. It's a bummer, too. There are so many cute colors I was excited to try. But alas, there are other eyeliners!

Look, i absolutely love the product its pigmented and smooth and works well, its budget friendly and a great formula overall. My problem is the unknown SUBSTANCE on the packaging. for all i know it could be foundation or dog vomit or peanut butter but its all over. Im pretty sure that its a foundation or highlighter they produce, and i don’t have any severe sensitivity or allergies to their products but if this shipped to someone who did you could seriously be comprising their health, so just keep your allergies and sensitivities in mind when purchasing, I really wish i could give it a better review, but do recommend, if u can get over foundation/dog vomit/peanut butter on the package 🤮

Too sticky
Hi - I really wanted to like this eyeliner. I tried two different shades, black and purple. No problem at all with the tip and the application process. My issue was that the product never fully dried down and my eyelid kept sticking to the upper eyelid. It was very distracting and annoying. You don’t want to be focusing on your eyelids all day. I hope everyone else has a better experience. Most elf products are A+++, but this one was a miss.

Easy to use
Very cute I needed a new eyeliner. Not sure if it’s water proof but it’s cute. It applies very precisely you rarely need to go over it twice. Got it from influenster so it was definitely worth it. And it’s easy to guide it looks very nice and doesn’t smear at all. You need make up wipes to remove it. It drys very quick.

I have pretty oily eyelids so I was looking for something that would stay put! This has seemed to hold up wonderfully. I only have the white colour but will definitely buy more. ESPECIALLY if they add more vibrant shades

I'm so disappointed with this product :( when the liquid dries it becomes clumped and IT IS NOT WATERPROOF at all !! it does not run but it peels completely (even if I use it on primer, bare skin or on face moisturizer). I wish I was refunded. My first ELF deception ...
