Nice prodcut

I've been buying this product for a couple of years. My husband and I use it with other seeds as a breakfast cereal. Good quality and Swanson does a great job with price and delivery

Very good product, very healthy Omega intake, the only problem, it does not mix very well in a glass if you want to drink it, so it's better to add to your favorite food or cereal.
