Very Nice Case
This is a nice case. The back and corners are hard material, while the top rim and ends are more pliable. It fits tightly but is fairly easy to take off when I need to charge my phone.

Protective but poor quality case
I’m not sure if it’s the batch or phone case model, but it’s been less than a year and my case is already starting to fall apart. It arrived slightly warped but mostly fit my phone. Now the side case buttons are starting to break off. I’ve had Symmetry cases on my phones for the last 5 years and they’ve been great except for this one.

Very slippery case
I am a longtime Otterbox user. With my iPhone 12 mini I wanted to move away from the Defender and try something more streamlined. While I like the small feel of the case it is too slippery. The positive I can say is that in all of the times I have dropped the phone because of this case, the phone has been well protected. While it seems to be a protective case, I am completely unhappy with this expensive case. I only wish I could get through to customer service.

Camera Lense Protection is Lacking IMO
I really liked this case on my iPhone 8. It gave me peace of mind every time my phone accidentally fell. On the iPhone 12, however, it lacks enough depth around the lenses for me to have confidence in protecting them. I decided to return it for this reason. I think because of the square, and slightly thicker design of the 12, Otterbox decided to slim down the back panel to handle better. I’m confident the phone would still be protected during a fall, but the camera lenses might now make it. I would suggest Otterbox raise the area around the lenses if they want to keep this slim design.

A Stick of Butter
Looks great, easy to install, all the ports and buttons line up perfectly. Cons: Very slippery, hard not to drop. In a sitting position I fumbled it, it fell into my lap in which I caught it with my legs only to have it slip through my legs and still fall to the floor.

We actually went with that smooth outer finish in order to aid in the retrieval of one's device from pockets and such, though we certainly aren't out to encourage any mishaps. Fits iPhone 12mini perfectly
I bought this grey case 3 weeks ago for my new i12 mini phone and it fits the phone perfectly. The covered buttons on the phone are easy to click with this case, no issues there (volume, on/off switch). The camera area is not obstructed in any way. The material of the case itself is hardy but flexible enough to snap your phone in and out as needed. I like the grey color as it is not too dark (need to find phone in dark purses), but not too light either. I would buy this case again for any other phone I purchase.

Simple and solid
I've already dropped my phone a few times and case has performed admirably. I do have a couple little issues: I think that the case could extend more into the area the cameras reside for more protection. Also the lock button feels a little squirrely through this case but no big deal. All said just a solid case.

Symmetry for iPhone 12 Mini
I like my Symmetry case for my iPhone 12 mini because of the color. I really wanted the Defender model because that's what I had for my iPhone 6S, but that wasn't available in my color. I've been very pleased with my Otterbox cases.
