Poor quality, injured toddler! OVERPRICED
Poor quality material and hardware. Injured toddler. After having our set built by professionals we have had nothing but problems in the last couple of months since we’ve had it. Screws constantly fall out. both the door and the table portion have fallen off leaving exposed screws when it happened, then cutting my toddler. Set anchored securely yet is rocks all over the place as the screws throughout do not grip the wood. Just really poor quality materials. NOT WORTH THE MONEY I’ve had multiple back n forth with their customer support and escalated to management. Resulting in the suggestion I spend more money with them to fix issues. I spent $1000 to begin with, rediculous suggestion!! Never usually a review leaver but this experience has been so bad. Definitely shop elsewhere, Avenlur is over priced for the quality of product they are happy to ship out.

Love this Playset
Very nice outdoor playset we got this for our daughters 3rd birthday she is going to love it everything shipped well and we was happy with how it came together we know she is going to enjoy and love this for a long time compared to other swingsets this was more affordable and nicer than some other options.

Amazing Playset!!
I can’t praise Avenlur enough! I ordered their product on a Saturday and it was delivered by FedEx on Tuesday!! Not only that the instructions are clear, only took me about 12 full hours to build with little to no issues. And the best part is my 2 year old loves it and it’s BEAUTIFUL!

Beautiful playset, hard to build
We purchased this playset online and it arrived quickly, in tact. The instructions were clear. Nearly all pieces were okay. Some minor damage to wood but we carried on. My dad, husband and I worked on this for over 4 days. There were times my dad just worked by himself but at times he needed one or 2 additional people. It is beautiful and the kids love it. Very safe.
