Simple use. Plug it in, follow the xbox instructions, good to go. Havent had to pull it out and use in different xbox but it works seemless with my Series S.

Perfect for my brand new Xbox Series S! Great way to add additional storage since the S model only has 500gig which is actually 450gig total. Current games are 60-120 gigs alone just for 1 game! So you need this! 1 TB c-50 was exactly what I needed and glad my local Target has them in stock! It also came with a free $20 value, 1 month game pass ultimate for FREE, code inside! I didn’t know and my pass expired few days ago and this worked to give me 1 month for free on my same account! No need to make a new account, but save the code until your pass expires then redeem it!

Shipping problems
I ordered this item on sale for Black Friday, and Target never shipped my order. Called today to see what happened/why it shows my shipping label was created but my order was not shipped. They did not offer an explanation for what happened. Now it is out of stock and all they could offer was a refund. Trying to buy it at this point elsewhere is $60 more than what I paid which is very frustrating-this was a gift for my son.

Bought this for my xbox one x and love it. Read and write speeds are plenty fast to play even some of the biggest games straight from the expansion card. Definitly beats my seagate external hardrive i had. Which was much bigger and read and write speeds were too slow to play games. This expansion card is easy to use and is plug and play right out of the box. Good work WD.only thing i dknt like is how its more expensive than a regular ssd drive you make that holds more space than this card.

Plug and play
It does the job, no taking apart the console just plug and play. I am a casual gamer but wanted to make sure I had extra space with NCAA, and BO6 around the corner. I also have game pass, I use the internal storage for games I don't own like free 2 play games or game pass games and the external storage for games I own or really really like from game pass.

Corrupted SD card- company will not respond.
I bought this card for my son’s Christmas present. It was corrupted (would turn the Xbox off of you ever tried to use it) in less than three months. Target would not return because it was passed the return window. I reached out to the manufacturer because there is supposed to be a FIVE year warranty and they will not respond. That’s a ridiculous amount of money to spend on something that works for 3 months.
