Terrible experience
Got this as a Christmas present. It didn't work out of the box. Registered it with Microsoft and shows that the 1 year warranty was up 1/6/26. So the must mean someone had trouble, Returned it to target and then they resold it. We bought it early and was unable to return it due to it being outside of the return window. Highly disappointed and ruined my son's Christmas

Very unhappy. Ordered this for my son for Christmas and said it would be here Dec 2. It’s Dec 26 and still hasn’t showed up. Also, charged my credit card in full. When I went to the store to try to fix it, they said there were zero in stock to ship and I would have to find a store and buy a new one. So now I was charged for 2 Xbox and have one.

Apparently EVERYONE wants a new Xbox one x/s...I purchased this and in less than a month it was stolen from my apartment so I had to order another one.. I wish Microsoft would create a locator network like Apple's FindMy so that a console can be located if it's connected to the internet & I wish there were more options available to consumers regarding security of accounts on the Xbox. A person is unable to remotely sign out from their stolen Xbox or lock the Xbox down so it can't be used.

I will never be shopping at target again, bought this as a gift and tried to return because they wanted a PlayStation instead and they are saying that the serial doesn’t match the receipt. So why is target selling a product or scanning it incorrectly to where I am now stuck with it. So for that I will never be a target shopper again. Absolute joke

The xbox series s is an amazing console! Even though I had some issues it in the beginning, for example the system freezing, causing you to have to restart the console, similarly the quick resume also had some issues in the beginning. However this only happened once, and all that had to be done was a hard restart, it runs smoothly now, and the storage is amazing! I would recommend not buying the 500gb version because modern games are so big that you only have space for about 5 games before your storage is full, my tv only runs 1080p graphics, but it feels like 4k at a distance. The 1tb series s is an amazing product would take it any day of the week over a series x because it is basically the same thing, but for $150 cheaper!!!

Incredible Value
You can’t beat the Xbox Series S when it comes to value for money. If you want to play next gen games and are willing to settle for slightly less than premium graphics (sometimes you literally can’t tell a difference) this is a no brainer. Now with the release of the 1tb storage version they remedied one of the few complaints some had about it. Great console for the money, happy gaming friends!
