Simple and easy.
The best multivitamin I’ve had in a while. Despite my urine turning yellow, 3 simple pills makes it easy to get the micronutrients I need to kick the day in the butt.

Great vitamin
Great vitamin although you get plenty in just one pill (than the recommended 3-pill serving size).

New means worse
For the "new" product and increased price, here is what you get: Vit D from 300 increased to 1500 IU; calcium from 200 decreased to 50 mg using a cheaper form of dicalcium phosphate dihydrate; magnesium from 100 decreased to 80 mg; zinc at the same amount using a cheaper form to zinc oxide; manganese from 5 decreased to 2 mg now using the sulfate form; amino blend from 800 mg increased to 1 gram; Viri Men Blend from 525 mg to 50 mg (worthless window dressing);Phyto Blend from 240 mg to 100 mg (worthless window dressing); silica eliminated. Optimum Nutrition had to reformulate this product to allow it to be shipped to a couple of states because of a contaminate not allowed by those states. I called Optimum Nutrition directly on this matter. The product was cheapened in the process.
