MaryRuth's Prenatal Postnatal Multivitamin Liquid, Berry, 32 oz

I love this brand, but I bought three and they all came smashed. There was no bubble wrap, they had thin paper around them with Saran wrap around it all. Very disappointing.

I was excited to try a liquid prenatal as I have trouble swallowing large pills, however, I find this flavor to be almost unpalatable. Would prefer it in a different flavor gummy or small capsule.

I love the nutrients in this multivitamin! It’s great! The taste isn’t the best but it’s not the worst thing ever.

I liked it at first, didn’t notice much if a difference in my health though and after awhile of taking it every day I grew tired of the taste. Wish they had more flavor options for this vitamin combo.

Works a great. Always out of stock, so that’s really not helpful as a regular supplement.

I’ve always had really bad morning sickness. Using this liquid prenatal has been such a game changer for my pregnancy 🤰!!! I love that I have more energy after drinking it!

This is the easiest prenatal for me to stomach. The taste is great! Does not give me an upset stomach.

I’ve taken this for all of my pregnancies and years of breastfeeding until now… It went out of stock this summer and since the restocking the taste has been AWFUL!!! What happened? This prenatal used to taste like a delicious shot of smoothie, and it made me feel great. Now I can’t even gag it down - it’s absolutely awful. What happened Mary Ruth? Please change it back!! :( I’m sorry I never left a five star review before which it used to deserve. Please change it back, and I’ll change the stars!

I struggle swallowing pills and most chewable prenatals taste horrible. I love this one. The taste does not bother me at all.

So I have a lot of allergies and I was thankful I finally found this and did fine with it. When I first got it the taste wasn’t too bad it was fruity and tolerable. Then they were out of stock forever and I couldn’t take anything else due to my allergies. Then they finally got it back and I ordered it but the taste is different. Idk if they forgot to put flavor in it or something but I almost throw up every time so I haven’t been able to take it. But it made me feel better and my hair grew and I need the vitamins with breastfeeding and my already limited diet. Idk if they changed the formula or I just got a bad one. Whatever the problem I hope the next one tastes better if they ever get it back in stock again. 3 stars because I love the formula. If the taste gets fixed and it stays in stock I would definitely change it to 5 stars.

Didn’t love the taste but added to a smoothie and now I can’t taste it at all!

Great product that helped support me during pregnancy and even after during postpartum. Would love to see different flavors though!

I have tried SO many vitamins and Mary Ruth's are the only ones that don't give me a stomach ache. I am super sensitive to so many things, which makes it hard to be able to be consistent taking vitamins. I haven't been taking these long enough to notice any changes physically as far as energy, hair, etc. but just the fact that they taste good AND I feel good after I finish them has made me a lifetime customer!

I am new to Mary Ruth's. First impression, I am not a fan of the flavor. It reminds me of the Flintstone vitamins I took as a child. Yuck! I have heard good things about this product for hair loss so I am hopeful that the benefits outweigh the flavor.

For reference, I am about 4 months postpartum with baby number 2 and I am about halfway through my second bottle of this. Normally I feel like I take my vitamins and never know if they’re working or not, but not with this! I can TELL these are working. For starters I have more energy when taking these which is crucial with two young kids. And while my postpartum hair is still falling out it is already growing back in which is MUCH quicker than with my first. I am excited to see if the pp hair loss will slow down faster this time around too but again, right now I’m only (just shy of) 4 months pp. I normally have fairly strong nails but when my nails grow out they become much more flimsy and tend to break easily. Since taking these not only has my nails grown much longer than normal they are STRONG, like seriously super hard and sturdy, and I have had no issues with them breaking. That is what truly showed me how well these work. Overall I am very happy with this pp vitamin and I will continue to repurchase. I take this in conjunction with the postnatal probiotics they sell since 1) this vitamin doesn’t come with iron and the probiotics do and 2) I needed a new probiotics. Overall, super happy with all the products I’ve purchased from Mary Ruth’s :)

I used this during pregnancy and postpartum, and I could rest assured knowing I was putting the best and cleanest vitamins in my body. Great taste as well! I drank it by itself and added to smoothies occasionally! üíï

This is such a good vitamin for pregnancy. I been taking it and love it!
